Not at all — it's entirely up to you. We offer both labour-only and full supply-and-fit packages. If you choose supply-and-fit, we source everything at trade prices. If you prefer to source your own materials, we're happy to work with whatever you choose.

Costs vary depending on size, materials, and scope. As a guide: essential/budget bathrooms range from £2,700–£5,800 for supply and fit; mid-range from £7,000–£14,000; and luxury from £16,000–£34,000+. Use our calculator above for a personalised estimate.

Most conversions are completed in 2–3 days. A standard conversion with tray and enclosure typically takes 2 days. Full wet room conversions take 3 days. We minimise disruption and leave your bathroom functional each evening where possible.

Yes. All plumbing and gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. We carry full public liability insurance on every project. Certificates are available on request and all work is completed to current building regulations.

All prices on this page and in estimates are exclusive of VAT. VAT is clearly itemised on your written quote. We are VAT-registered and all invoices include a valid VAT number.

Our 12–24 month workmanship guarantee covers all labour, tiling, and installation work. This includes grout, sealant, tile adhesion, plumbing connections, and fixture installation. It does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.

Absolutely. We work to agreed hours, typically 8am–5pm Monday to Friday, and can discuss weekend working if needed. We clean up at the end of each day and respect your home throughout the project.
