Communal Area Decorating
We repaint hallways, stairwells, landings, and lobbies to a high standard. Prep, prime, and two coats throughout. We work floor by floor so the building stays accessible at all times — residents are never cut off from their front door.

Post-Leak Reinstatement
After a leak, we carry out all the making good: cut out damaged plaster, skim, stain-block, and redecorate. Full photographic report included for your insurer or leaseholder files.

Communal Flooring

We carry out full lobby and entrance refurbishments — new wall finishes, fresh decoration, updated flooring, refreshed doors and frames. We do it properly, on schedule, with minimal disruption throughout.
Making Good
Patch plaster, fill, prime, and touch up after other contractors have been in. We leave the building looking complete.
Planned Maintenance
Annual or cyclical redecoration and maintenance programmes scoped and scheduled around your service charge year.

We carry out the work
Our team attends, protects the building, and completes the work professionally. Corridors stay accessible, residents are treated with respect, and the area is left clean at the end of every day.
You get the paperwork
Before and after photos sent within an hour of finishing. Invoice issued with SC-ready descriptions. Everything tracked and downloadable through your Jobber client portal.
We keep your building on file
After every job we log the colour specs, materials used, and access notes for the building. Next time you instruct us — weeks or years later — we already know the building. Colours match. No repeat survey for like-for-like work.
