LVT flooring in London costs between £38 and £110 per m² supplied and fitted depending on the brand and the subfloor. Trade-quality click or glue-down LVT sits at the lower end; Karndean and Amtico at the upper end. Fitting alone, if you've bought the floor, is £18–£30 per m².
The cost drivers are the product, the format (herringbone takes twice as long to lay as plank), and above all the subfloor — LVT shows every bump, so floorboards need plying over and concrete usually needs a latex levelling compound. We price the prep as a separate line so you can see it.
