Yes — we work with letting agencies and property management companies across London, often receiving instructions directly from agents rather than the landlord. We can liaise on access, provide updates to the agent, and invoice to the agency if required.
Our minimum call-out is £95 + VAT. We charge £85/hr + VAT for general repairs, handyman work and small maintenance jobs. Larger projects (refurbishments, kitchen/bathroom installation) are priced as a fixed lump sum.
Yes — we carry £5m public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance. We're fully compliant and work safely in occupied properties, taking care to minimise disruption to tenants. All electrical work is carried out by certified electricians.
Yes — we work with many overseas landlords and investors. We can accept instructions remotely, carry out the work, provide photographic updates throughout, and send a digital invoice on completion. No need to be present for most works.
